This past Monday, July 21st, Facebook announced a new feature that enables users to save posts to be viewed at a later time.  We’ve all been there, scrolling quickly through our news feed to see what all our friends are up to, but no time to actually read that article that has caught our eye.  Now with one click of the ‘save’ feature you can come back and fully enjoy that article when you’ve got time.  The save feature essentially acts as a bookmarking tool.

To access the save feature just click the drop down menu next to the “Like Page” button and you will see, “Save this link.”

Facebook will automatically organize all this material by category and will also remind you of saved content.  Only you can view the items that are saved, unless you choose to share your saved items.  The save feature works on both mobile and desktop.

To view all your saved items on mobile just click the “more” button on the right hand side of the Facebook window.

And on desktop just look to the left side of the Facebook window and access by clicking the button that says, “saved”
